THE ART OF LISTENING

In a time where organizations and brands are striving to be relevant, we know that art has the unique ability to influence culture, build community and create inspiration.

Grounded has decades of experience using creative expression as a catalyst for positive change.

Our process starts with deep listening to learn about the goals, challenges and opportunities.

Through collaboration, we connect, inspire and empower community to create meaningful and lasting change. Together, we develop authentic approaches that are value-aligned and culturally responsive.

THE ART OF EXPERIENCE

Grounded brings people together through the inspiration and connection of experiencing art.

Through our research in partnership with Virginia Tech’s Embodied Brain Lab, we know that our brains synchronize with others as we experience art together. By creating these connections through shared experiences, we are able to discover common ground, engage in important conversations and address issues with more empathy and compassion.

Some of our immersive art experiences have included: film screenings and panel discussions, meditative peace walks, public art installations, participatory gallery exhibits, youth-led arts presentations, dance and music demos, immersive learning experiences and educational workshops.
